Departments are the functional units of 42AI

The association functions with thematic departments in a decentralized manner.

Academic Department

The Academic department aims at maintaining and updating existing learning resources and works at developing new ones along with students.

Camille Truchot ethique@42ai.fr  

The Ethics and Legal Department focuses on legal and ethics issues that arise with the emergence of generative AI and their growing adoption.

AI Lab Department

Jung-moo Cheon lab@42ai.fr  

The Lab is the experimentation space of 42AI.
For the current year, resources of the lab are exceptionally dedicated to the creation of the Deep Learning Bootcamp, which will add to the existing Python and Machine Learning Bootcamps.

AI Safety Department

The AI Safety department wishes to inform and raise awareness on the risks that represents the development of rogue AI, and the needs to keep AI development in line with human interests.
