Information about 42 Artificial Intelligence
42 Artificial Intelligence (‘42AI’) is a french association under the regime of 1901’s law created in 2017.
It is officially registered under the W751238159 matricule.
Social reason
The association aims at vulgarizing, promoting and spreading knowledge about AI for 42students, by creating learning resources and initiatives to favor its members’ learning and competency in the realm of AI programming.
Means of action
The association can use any means necessary within the law to accomplish its purpose, and notably :
- The creation and animation of a network of exchanges between its members and with any physical or moral entity that is capable of brining its expertise or financial help; and
- The creation of partnerships with public and private entities; and
- The organization of events allowing for interactions between members of the association and potentially with external people relevant to the organization’s purpose; and
- The creation of learning resources and the organization of learning seminars to introduce students to the tech and/or develop and improve their existing skills; and
- The creation and administration of a website and/or social media pages; and
- Exceptionnaly, providing paid formations and contents by members of the association.

Financial resources
42AI does not ask its members to participate financially. For this reason, the association must find its own financial means, notably by concluding partnerships setting up events.
